The universal SpiroStar spirometer represents the state of the art in dynamic spirometry. It?s compact, weighting only 22g and can be connected into a standard (RS-232-C) computer serial port. You can modify the reports to suit your requirements and session results can be transferred into hospital information systems via local network or emailed.

Spiro2000 is designed to meet with the demanding requirements of lung function testing. The user interface is graphical and the software is easy to install. Operation is simple with patient data entry, measurement selection, test recording, data comparison and trending. The open database connectivity (OBDC) and XML interface makes it simples to communicate with other databases. Spiro2000 can be used as a stand alone system as well as in a local area network. Final reports can be modified allowing the operator to email results and add comments. System calibration can be verified with calibration log data making the system ideal for quality control. Parameters, dimensions and predicted values can be selected by the operator making it simple to use in clinics, hospitals and doctors offices. Additional features include BTPS correction, flow indicator, hesitation index, reproducibility index and best test criteria selection according to ATS or ERS recommendation. Spiro 2000 is compatible with standard and laptop computers using MS Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000.
